Please do not submit sensitive information through the Site. Our contact form does not require, and you should not include, Social Security numbers, driver's license or passport numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, or health information.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser type and version
- Device and operating-system information
- Pages visited and interactions with the Site
- Date and time of access

The Site is hosted and operated using Wix and may use cookies and similar technologies needed for security, session management, fraud prevention, site functionality, and consent management.
3 / COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and support the Site. Our cookie banner allows visitors to accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies where available.
Certain cookies are necessary for the Site to function and may remain active even if you decline optional cookies. These may include cookies used for security, session management, fraud prevention, load balancing, and recording your cookie preferences.
The Site may also include content or functionality provided by third parties, such as embedded media or external services. Those providers may process technical information in accordance with their own privacy practices.
You can manage your cookie choices through the cookie banner or available privacy settings on the Site. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
4 / HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information collected through the Site to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Respond to inquiries and communications
- Diagnose technical or security issues
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Maintain records of communications and requests
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights
We do not use information collected through the Site for purposes materially different from those described here without providing appropriate notice where required.
Artificial intelligence. We do not use information you submit through the Site to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not use automated processing alone to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5 / HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve (12) months. We may disclose information collected through the Site to:
Service Providers. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us host, maintain, secure, or operate the Site, including website-hosting, infrastructure, embedded-media, and technology providers.
Legal and Safety Purposes. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect our rights or property; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect the safety of Turn Me Up, our users, or others.
Business Transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
With Your Direction or Consent. We may disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so.
6 / THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Career opportunities may be displayed or linked on the Site, but when you select a job opportunity you may be redirected to BambooHR, our third-party recruiting platform. Information submitted as part of an application is collected through BambooHR rather than through the Site and is governed by our Applicant Privacy Notice, which is presented during the application process, together with the privacy practices applicable to that service.
The Site also uses iPlayerHD to display our sizzle reel and may include other embedded media or third-party functionality. These providers may receive technical information necessary to deliver their content or services and may process information according to their own privacy practices. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Notice does not govern information you provide directly to them.
7 / DO NOT TRACK AND CROSS-SITE ACTIVITY
Some browsers provide "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a uniform manner.
Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out is required in response to a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal. We do not engage in the practices such a signal is designed to address.
Third parties providing embedded content or services on the Site may collect information about your activity subject to their own privacy practices. Where the Site's cookie controls apply, you may use those controls to manage optional cookies and similar technologies.
8 / DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, protecting the Site, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. Our general practice is:
- Contact form submissions — [24] months from the date of your last contact with us.
- Email correspondence — [36] months, unless it relates to an active matter or is subject to a legal hold.
- Server and security logs — [12] months.
- Website analytics — retained in aggregate, non-identifiable form.
- Job applications — collected and retained through BambooHR under our Applicant Privacy Notice, not under this notice.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. When a retention period ends, we delete the information or render it non-identifiable.
9 / DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 / CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through the Site, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.
11 / YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided through the Site, or to request that we correct or delete that information, subject to applicable law and any information we are required or permitted to retain.
We will acknowledge and respond to requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. We may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we decline a request in whole or in part, we will explain why.
No discrimination. We will not deny you services, provide you a different level of service, or otherwise treat you differently because you exercised any of the choices described in this notice.
You may also manage available cookie preferences through the Site's cookie banner or privacy settings.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Turn Me Up, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
12 / CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
California law requires operators of certain commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California residents to disclose the categories of information collected, categories of third parties with whom information may be shared, procedures for reviewing or changing information if such a procedure exists, how material changes to the policy are communicated, the policy's effective date, and certain information concerning online tracking.
The categories of personally identifiable information we collect through the Site are described in Section 2. The categories of parties with whom that information may be disclosed are described in Section 5. Requests concerning information you have submitted through the Site may be made using the contact information in Section 15.
We will post material changes to this Privacy Notice on this page and update the Effective Date above. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice.
Sale and Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under California law.
Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
California Consumer Privacy Act
Turn Me Up does not currently meet the applicability thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act. We nonetheless honor the requests described in Section 11 as a matter of practice. If Turn Me Up becomes subject to the CCPA, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.
13 / INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Site is operated from and directed to the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you provide or that is collected through the Site may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
14 / CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. When we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of the notice. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
